Terms of Service#
Miscellaneous#
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service without further warning or notice. You agree to review these TOS periodically to be aware of such changes. Your continued use of this Website after any changes to these TOS are posted will mean you accept such changes. If you do not agree to these TOS or any modified TOS at any time, please immediately cease using the service.
Abuse of E4ward.com#
We may limit, suspend, or terminate user accounts, if we think that they are creating problems, consuming excessive resources, creating possible legal liabilities, engaging in fraudulent activities, abusing other services, or otherwise acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
Using multiple E4ward aliases on other sites#
(Also see Bulk Forward creation below)
The creation of multiple accounts on external websites using different E4ward aliases (whether explicit addresses or catchall) is strictly prohibited. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, banking institutions, social media platforms, auction sites, and promotional/contest websites. Such practices constitute a violation of our terms of service and can potentially damage E4ward's domain reputation, resulting in widespread email deliverability issues that affect our entire user base.
To protect our service integrity, we reserve the right to implement account restrictions or suspend accounts engaging in such activities.
Note: All forwarding email addresses (REAs) require prior approval.
Bulk Forward Creation#
The creation of multiple forwarding addresses (e.g., sequential naming patterns like alias1, alias2, alias3, or arbitrary naming schemes) without immediate intended use is not permitted. This pattern has been associated with potential service abuse and may trigger account restrictions.
To maintain service quality and prevent misuse, we monitor forward creation patterns and may implement limitations when necessary. Users should create forwarding addresses only as needed for specific, legitimate purposes.
Inactive Accounts#
Guest accounts which have not been logged into or transferred any mail for 6 months are subject to removal.
Registering for multiple E4ward guest accounts#
Please do not register for multiple guest accounts without approval. Email confirmations for multiple accounts will not be honored.
Note that a paid account is not counted as a multiple account.
Changing Account Names#
To register with a different name, you may delete your account from the account page first. If you would like to rename your account, please contact us.
